Classified School Employee Grant

ARE YOU CURRENTLY A CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE OR SUBSTITUTE TEACHER IN ALPINE, AMADOR, NEVADA, PLACER, SIERRA, SUTTER OR YUBA COUNTY?
WOULD YOU LIKE HELP IN ACHIEVING YOUR DREAM?
There is a high need for TK, multiple subject, single subject, and special education teachers in California. Recognizing that need, several counties have joined a regional consortium with Placer County Office of Education and were just awarded a four year grant from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) to assist classified employees in earning a Bachelor's degree (if needed) as well as a teaching credential. Are you interested in possibly becoming and Education Specialist teacher and teaching students with disabilities? You may be eligible for our Classified or Local Solutions grant and receive tuition support to earn a Mild Moderate Support Needs or Extensive Support Needs teaching credential!
