 College and Career Readiness

 Introduction

PCOE’s College and Career Readiness team unite students, teachers, and business partners to ensure all students are leaving our schools prepared with the tools and vision needed to find success in higher education and meaningful careers.

As equity warriors, our team seeks to remove barriers to ensure:

  • educators have the tools and training needed to support all students with access to curriculum connecting students to college and career
  • students are Work Ready and exposed to a wide variety of college and career options and opportunities
  • and families have the resources and information needed to assist students in making well-informed and intentional decisions about their futures.
